To use our Services, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (such as Phantom Wallet). By connecting your wallet, you create an account associated with your wallet address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of our Services, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, though premium websites may continue hosting according to the terms of your payment.
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and instant service delivery, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

While you own the content you input into our platform, the website templates, code structure, and design elements remain our intellectual property. Premium users receive a license to use their generated websites perpetually, but this does not transfer ownership of the underlying template code or design systems.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Dexscreener for market data, blockchain networks for payments, and other external services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Our Services interact with various blockchain networks (Solana, Ethereum, BSC, etc.). We are not responsible for blockchain network performance, transaction failures, network congestion, or changes to blockchain protocols. You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology.
Real-time market data displayed on generated websites is provided by third parties and is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. You should not rely solely on this data for investment decisions.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTFORGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and MintForge individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MintForge is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, blockchain network failures, or internet service disruptions.
We may offer beta features or experimental services from time to time. These features are provided "as is" and may contain bugs or errors. We make no warranties regarding beta features and may discontinue them at any time without notice. Your use of beta features is at your own risk.
